We strongly encourage you to read about our Partner's benefits. Should their meet your expectations, please fill in our Partnership Enquiry Form and enclose a signed copy of our Non Disclosure Agreement EN PL to inform us of your interest of becoming our Partner. During our typical application process, after receiving your Form, we will:
1. Evaluate your application and contact you.
2. Provide you with our Partnership Agreement.
3. Enlist cooperation.

Typically, becoming our Partner takes no longer than 4 weeks. Nevertheless, in order to maintain high quality of our Partners' services and products, application time may vary in particular cases.
The membership itself is free of charge, so is the majority of joint events and participation in other SunLight's benefits. Occasionally, we conduct projects which require expenditures of both us and our Partners. Information about the cost of participation in such projects is always provided in advance. Participation in each of them is a subject of individual Partner's decision.
NDA is a Non-Disclosure Agreement which you are asked to sign it in order to protect any type of confidential data. NDA, as a legal contract between Suntech SA and Partner company, basically states that all confidential materials, knowledge and information exchanged between Suntech SA and the Partner cannot be disclosed by any of those to any third party.
Partnership Agreement describes the nature of cooperation, capital contributed by each party as well as their rights and responsibilities. It is signed to set and clear out the terms of cooperation. You receive it as the last step of the application process.
