System Integration

Rapid integration with the existing OSS/BSS infrastructure is key to minimizing CAPEX of any new system investment. SunVizion is equipped with a configurable and adaptable Business Integration Layer that enables quick integration with external systems and processes through standard as well as proprietary (e.g. vendor-specific) interfaces.

In cooperation with our partners we provide end-to-end system integration services including:

• Analysis and design of information flows with NMS, CRM, ERP, Fault Management and others systems
• System integration with OSS/BSS using standard technologies such as SOA or TIBCO and proprietary interfaces.
• Information modelling of network technologies, devices, parameter, etc. based on TM Forum SID and ITU standards
• Data migration form other systems, such as databases, text and binary files, vector maps and GIS systems.
