Following the game-changing release of version 20.0, SunVizion continues to accelerate toward a more intelligent and integrated OSS future. The latest update builds on that foundation — enhancing usability, openness, and AI-driven efficiency across every layer of the platform.

AI That Understands You (and Does More)

SunVizion’s conversational AI keeps getting smarter — and more natural to use. SunVizion Chat Assistant of Network Inventory now lets you search, analyze, and update network data using plain language, on any device. No more digging through menus — just say what you need, and it’s done.

Drawing on advanced LLM technology, the assistant goes beyond answering questions. It helps field teams correct data on the fly, update equipment info in real time, and even identify hardware from photos. Instead of navigating complex menus, users can interact with the system in plain language — making updates faster, easier, and more natural.

At the same time, SunVizion AI Network Planner continues to evolve. It now supports smarter FTTx planning with splitter placement suggestions, automatic BOM generation, and instant documentation. What used to take days now takes minutes — with accuracy, consistency, and confidence.
Together, these AI tools make working with your network faster, simpler, and more human.

Expanding TM Forum API Coverage

SunVizion continues to strengthen its alignment with TM Forum Open API standards by extending certified and implemented APIs across multiple functional domains. The platform already supports a broad set of interfaces, including Service Catalog (TMF633), Resource Catalog (TMF634), Service Inventory (TMF638), Resource Inventory (TMF639), Service Order Management (TMF641), Resource Order Management (TMF652), Geographic Address (TMF673), Geographic Site (TMF674), Geographic Location (TMF675), and Document Management (TMF687). Together, these APIs enable seamless interoperability with external OSS/BSS components and partner ecosystems, covering the full span of catalog, inventory, order, and geographic management processes.

Our ongoing development is focused on expanding this API footprint even further, ensuring that more SunVizion capabilities are accessible through standardized, industry-recognized interfaces.

This commitment allows operators to accelerate service deployment, streamline system integration, and maintain an architecture that is both future-ready and fully aligned with TM Forum best practices.

A Portal That Works the Way You Think

The upgraded SunVizion Web Portal delivers a faster, cleaner, and more intuitive user experience — built around how people actually work.

Users benefit from dynamic contextual panels that display only the most relevant information, smart object history to track every change, and a streamlined interface designed for efficiency in daily operations.

Additional features like theme switching (light/dark/system), high-contrast accessibility options, and seamless map editing make the portal adaptable to individual preferences and professional needs. Designed in line with WCAG accessibility standards, the portal ensures inclusive access for all users, providing a consistent and compliant experience across devices. It’s OSS that feels lighter, smarter, and more human — whether you're in the office or in the field.

Deepened Integration with Esri Utility Network

The earlier release of version 20.0 introduced seamless bidirectional data synchronization with the Esri Utility Network — a milestone that allowed operators to combine Esri’s GIS strengths with SunVizion’s telecom-focused intelligence.

The latest update takes this integration even further. The system now supports interoperability of network data down to the cross-connection level, enabling precise representation of splices, patches, and detailed fiber connectivity.

This approach allows operators already using the Esri Utility Network ecosystem to extend their physical and logical resource management with SunVizion — without costly redesigns of existing processes or changes to the GIS environment. The result is a unified, fully consistent view of infrastructure across both platforms, where even the most granular elements are synchronized, traceable, and ready for advanced planning and operations.

Enhanced Security and Vulnerability Management

The new update introduces a strengthened security framework designed to protect critical telecom operations against evolving cyber threats. It includes systematic elimination of previously identified vulnerabilities, regular penetration testing, and alignment with best practices for secure software development (SSDLC).

With hardened authentication, improved encryption protocols, and continuous monitoring of potential attack vectors, SunVizion ensures that sensitive network and customer data remain fully protected. These measures not only reduce risk and improve regulatory compliance but also give operators the confidence that their OSS/BSS foundation is resilient, trustworthy, and future-proof.

OSS That Moves With You

This release isn’t just a version upgrade. It’s a step change.

Whether you're planning smarter, deploying faster, automating processes, or coordinating teams — SunVizion helps you do it with intelligence, speed, and confidence.

And with the next generation already in development, our direction is clear: to build the OSS platform that supports tomorrow’s networks — and the people who run them.
